My family needs hlep. My youngest daughter was molested by her father yet because it was given the name "lewd" the police haven't really done anything, even after he violated the protective order. Not only did he get into our home, he messed with my brakes and mail. Police weren't helping me and we had to leave. Now me and my daughters are stuck, homeless and I need help. Money, place to stay, anything. I've successfully changed my name, now in the middle of changing my SS#. Once that goes through, I will be able to get a job and get back on my feet. But for now, I am almost out of money. We've been eating ramen noodles for every meal. Please someone help us. My daughters don't deserve to live like this. I beg for anyone to help us. Even if you just have a small place we could stay til I can get going again. Anything is greatly appreciated.

My name is Sheree and I have 2 daughters. In Sept 2006 their dad performed what the police called a "LEWD" act involving one of my daughters. I filed a police report, got a protective order and moved. Obviously a protective order is just a piece of paper cause that didn't help me, and even the violation of protective order I filed, didn't get him arrested. The police in Utah instead haven't done much to help or protect us and to keep my daughters safe, and we were forced to leave the state. I am now stuck in limbo at my brothers house in Arizona yet can't stay here cause their father knows I have family here. I have successfully changed my name and am in the middle of changing my SS#. Once that is complete I plan to move again and get our lives started over. However for now I am almost out of money and I need somewhere to take my girls so we can feel safe. The domestic violence shelters won't take us cuz our case isn't the normal domestic violence type case and I made too much $$$ last year to get state help. Our family needs money and a place to live for a little while til I get on my feet. I was thinking maybe Southern California. He would never think to look for us there, yet it isn't too far away. We need help. Any type of donation would really help us out, especially a place to live for a little while, money, car payment assistance, insurance assiatance, gas assistance and food and clothing needs. Please help my family. I'm begging anyone who can help us!
